The Campsite is registered with the Murcia Tourist Board and has a license for camping with the local council.

Each plot has electricity, water, waste water removal, UKTV and internet.
Plots Available
The campsite has 30 plots fully occupied all year round. There is a large bar and restaurant on site with a patio area able to cater for over 75 people sitting. There is a supermarket selling UK food products and a Bike Hire business all included in the sale.
Living Accommodation
There is a detached three bedroom villa that’s in an elevated position overlooking the campsite which has a private pato and two large gardens. The villa has direct access to the campsite car park via the electric garage doors.
Rented Property
There are also two apartments and a wooden house on the campsite that are rented out on long term rents. This included a one bedroom apartment, a two bed apartment and a one bed wooden house all detached and with gardens.
Facilities
The campsite also has a swimming pool, shower block, washroom with washing machines and cctv. The campsite has three electric gates and a reception area.
The Bar
The bar and restaurant are very popular and often serve over 70 covers for Sunday lunch. There are many event and disco nights each week. The place can hold 140 people in and outside on the patio.
The Business
The campsite is fully functioning and completely full all year round and brings a healthy profit. The campsite can be run by two people alone, however it would be ideal for a large family or two couples to run the campsite easily and efficiently.
